Moskva BC glorified Kazakhstan at the international competition
Moskva Business Center in Nur-Sultan (Astana) represented Kazakhstan at the prestigious Asia Pacific Property Awards 2019-2020 international competition and received outstanding merits from the jury.
At the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2019-2020 awards ceremony held in Bangkok in May, the BC Moskva received the title of Best Office Development Kazakhstan, meaning the absolute leadership of the business complex in the office real estate market of Kazakhstan.
At the ceremony itself, the Moskva Business Center project entered the top three leaders of the Asia-Pacific region (along with a project from Australia and a project from Vietnam) and was nominated for the title of the best object in the field of office real estate in the entire Asia-Pacific region. The final of the International Property Awards will be held in London this December.
The Asia Pacific Property Awards competition is the Asia-Pacific section of the prestigious independent real estate and development award “International Property Awards. The award has been held worldwide since 1993 and is divided into 6 regions: Africa, Asia, America, Great Britain, the Far East and Europe. The award of this competition is given to projects, companies and specialists in the field of commercial and residential real estate for the most high-profile and high professional achievements.
The projects for competition are rated by an independent jury consisting of more than 80 international judges who are highly experienced experts in the field of real estate. The jury is chaired by members of the House of Lords of the British Parliament: Lord Caithness, Lord Best, The Earl of Liverpool, Lord Thurso.

Moskva Business Center was built by Elena Baturina’s company in the very center of Nur-Sultan (Astana) within the framework of cooperation agreement between Russia and Kazakhstan. Today Moskva Business Center is the most iconic and recognizable business center in Nur–Sultan (Astana) - all the areas of the business center are leased out, the image of the building is placed on the national currency with a nominal value of 500 tenge, the project is a popular tourist attraction. In the building of the Moskva Business Center there is a class “A business center, a shopping center, a complex of sports clubs, as well as 9 restaurants. A unique architectural feature of the building is an external panoramic elevator, which has no analogues in Kazakhstan.
